  They are a lousy outfit! They can't open a pool correctly and didn't install all the parts needed to run the pool!!! They dumped all the contents that was on the cover into the pool and cut the cover to get it out! They claimed it tore - how a brand new cover tears is beyond me. Left out parts to our polaris like the inline screen so it got clogged up with debris and had to be taken apart and cleaned. They never put in the valves that direct the amount of water that goes to either the skimmer or the drains at the bottom of the pool so 100% of the water is sucked from the skimmers. After they had the pool open, they only back washed the filter and didn't remove and properly clean the filter as it was completely dirty after removing the debris they dumped into the pool. Giving them one star is a gift considering we signed up for the platinum service!
